**Customer Support Representative**
- **Remote Role**
- **Requirements**:
- **Great communication skills, written and orally.
**
- **Demonstrate strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player.

- **Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes.
**
- **Must be willing to complete assessments that include a typing test of 25+ wpm.
**
- **Must be at least 18 years of age.
**
- **Must have at least a High school diploma or GED.
**
- **Must be willing to participate in a background screening.
**
- **Must have Mexican national documentation**
- **Remote role but must be willing to be onsite for first 3 weeks as part of training program - transportation shuttles will be provided from strategic parts of the city**
