Job Summary
This role will be responsible for driving profitable product and revenue development and growth in assigned product portfolios through the use of performance data and coordination of revenue drivers across the organization.
This is a highly multifunctional position that builds on successful relationships with internal teams, vendors, and dealer network to drive commercial execution of the "connectivity" product line through commercial actions aligned to market and business needs.
**Key responsibilities**:
Lead connectivity and technology projects from product, strategy and communication
Responsible for commercial offers,
promotions and disruptive activations for the accessories business unit in synergy with suppliers that increase sales efficiency in the accessories business unit
Ensure in synergy with the SCM team the availability of the product under the different commercial offers through analysis and demand forecasts
Collaborate in synergy with suppliers for the development and promotion of specific technology and connectivity products
Monitor the operation of commercial offers in terms of results reports, action plans to improve their performance, monitoring and analysis of their adoption and effectiveness, as well as the management and assurance of payment of incentives.
Analyze information about products, promotions, activations, marketing campaigns of the competition, benchmark
Preparation and monitoring of KPI performance reports for accessories and monitoring tools through software and/or Excel for timely monitoring of the needs of the business unit
Create and develop synergy with areas that impact the increase and efficiency of sales in the accessories business unit
Market analysis, competitiveness, prices, product attributes, technology, among others.
Monitoring and assurance of internal policies within the processes
**Job Knowledge and Skill**:
Understanding of the automotive business and its technology, the functionality of automotive accessories and "connectivity" product lines, planning of commercial strategies and support in communication strategies in synergies with commercial, supplier and marketing areas.

Experience**:
5 or more years of directly related professional experience.
Work experience with market research, consumers, market analysis.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in related Marketing discipline.
