.Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Payroll Manager.
**What you'll do**:This individual is responsible for managing the end to end payroll payment process for +15,000 employees annually Mexico, with total of 13 different union contracts while maintaining compliance with all regulatory government agencies including Federal, State and Local for pay practices with adherence to all internal policies and procedures.
Key role in production support related to the Payroll process, with a focus on payment controls and achieving performance metrics set by Senior Management to achieve strategic and profit plan goals related to customer service, on time delivery, interface accuracy and SOX compliance.
Adheres to all Eaton MOP requirements.This psitions is also responsible for managing the end to end payroll payment for Dominican Republic and Costa Rica (3 sites)A.
Manages payroll payment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery pay statements per year to +15,000 (2689 salary, 12431 salary) employees with payments with multiple payment cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, year-end bonus, etc.).
Monitors / develops processes to ensure the payments are made compliantly meeting all internal control requirements and federal, state and/or local legislative requirements.B.
Manages, motivates, develops and appraises the performance of a team of 21 employee process professionals by mentoring, coaching and providing opportunities to enhance current skill sets to grow in a dynamic changing environment.C.
Analyzes payroll problems/issues, and implement action plans to resolve the issue and drive improvements.D.
Manages key operational performance metrics to achieve defined targets.
This includes analyzing trends, providing analysis,
and implementing action plans to drive improvements.E.
Assesses the impact of key issues by coordinating resources (including cross functional) to resolve critical issuesG.
Communicates at all levels of the organization by maintaining excellent working relationships with customers, senior management and 3rd party vendors with clear and effective results.H.
Provides payroll functional support and SME to GFSS and corporate project teams in support of company initiatives (i.E., acquisition integrations)I.
Keeps current with key business changes, including regulatory, process/technical by attending seminars and subscribing / reading/sharing findings from various payroll publicationsJ.
Drive year end process to generate tax documents for all employees in Mexico,
Costa Rica and Dominican RepublicK.
Defines, deploys and implements payroll centralization and standardization strategy aligned with the overall GFSS strategyLI-SL4**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent.Requires minimum of +7 year of experience
