As a Sr Test engineering Technician ISC here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and performing testingactivities for our products in the Juarez, Chihuahua location.

You will lead a team of technicians,
provide technical guidance,and drive continuous improvement in our testing processesRESPONSABILTIESLead and coordinate a team of technicians to perform testing activities- Develop and execute test plans and procedures- Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing on products- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements - Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and efficiency - Support the implementation of maintenance processes and procedures - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth maintenance activities - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation - Daily work assignments are completed on time and no rework is required.
- Maintain and repair all assets to ensure their proper operating condition - Document maintenance tasks and submit maintenance reports - Setup and maintain work cells in accordance with 5S principles.
