**SUMMARY POSITION**
Hire an experienced Human Resources Sr Supervisor, to ensure that all HR operations are carried on smoothly and effectively way.
HR Sr Supervisor will be responsible to supervise all the activities executed by the staff who reports to him directly.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Providing Human Resources services in the areas of employee relations, staffing, policy administration, time and attendance, and local compliance with Mexico's laws to include Labor, Housing (INFONAVIT) and Social Security.
- Coordinate personnel relations functions with other management groups to ensure proper and effective implementation of all such procedures and policies.
- Partners with other HR professionals at corporate in effective execution of the Company's performance management system, compensation programs, succession planning, benefit administration and employee development initiatives.
- Provides guidance and support to managers, supervisors and employees on various employee relations issues, and escalates resolution to senior level personnel as appropriate.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities.
**
- Develop and ensure adherence to all approved administration and human resources policies, practices, procedures and manual.
- Administer supplemental benefits and programs, insurance, vacations, bonus, compensations programs as and when established.
- Maintenance of all personnel records, reports and statistics including the implementation and maintenance of HR System.
- Supervise safety, training and orientation practices, procedures and activities.
- Report to Senior Management and HR Director, by analyzing data and using a HR Metrics.
- Maintain adherence to the budget for the personnel function and staff,
and serve as the principal employee relations representative for the plan in the community and employee relations meeting as the corporate headquarters, as required.
**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as Human Resources Sr Supervisor.
- Working Experience in a call center is a plus.
- Expertise in labor relations to maintain positive employee relations.
- Integrity, honesty, judgment, communication skills, dedication and drive to achieve meaningful results.
- Ability to organize, manage and control a number of different activities at the same time.
- Self-starter and innovator with common sense and energy to get things done, and high degree of sensitivity to the needs of the employees.
- High experience in fast growing operations and size down operations.
**Educational Qualifications**
- University Degree in Law, Administration,
Economy or similar
- English proficiency.
Able to communicate (writen and spoken) and present in English.
- Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
**DIRECT REPORTS**
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
