Due to ongoing business growth the Staff LCM Engineer will be dedicated to supporting the production lines transfer from Internal to External Manufacturers.
Will be the technical owner of developing and executing to the Equipment and tooling installation and Validation strategies and responsible for the management of the DHF, plus other activities including but not limited to knowledge transfer, transfer of manufacturing documentation and design requirements.
Furthermore, additional responsibilities also include deciding on process changes to meet revised specifications, providing and developing solutions to problems of limited scope, and may provide technical mentorship to lower-level personnel.
**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
- Guide the External Manufacturer (EM) on the Validation process,
leading the draft and review ofprotocols and test reports.
- Offers onsite support at the EM during the execution phase of validations (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Drafts Validation Strategy and Equipment and Tooling strategies.
- Review current DHF status for products in scope.
- Identify needed strategies and inputs from R&D; & other functions.
- Plan and conduct work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria while devising new approaches to problems encountered.
- Plan, schedule, conduct,
and coordinate detailed phases of engineering work in part of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope that involves conventional engineering practice but may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements.
- Additional duties of this role would include updating work instructions, part specifications, validation protocols, technical documents (PFMEA's, ECOs, NCR's, CAPA's), and various forms of reports and correspondence.
- Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields.
- Makes decisions independently on engineering problems and methods and represents the organization in conferences to resolve important questions and to plan and coordinate work.
- Requires the use of advanced techniques and the modification and extension of theories, precepts and practices of his/her field and related sciences and disciplines.
