**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Consult with the Manager to identify needs and preferred qualifications.
- Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills.
- Contact references and perform background checks.
- Process paperwork.
- Make sure all agents feel happy and comfortable having a place to go if there are any complaints.
- Sign contracts with the accountant's office.
- Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests with Office Admin.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1 year as Recruiter
- Different ways to recruit.
- Advanced English or bilingual.
- Fast learner and a quick thinker.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
