**Analyst,AI/ML Engineer**
**Main Purpose**
Build, enhance and maintain the AI/ML based advanced components of the Intelligent Automation and AI Platform (IAI) for PepsiCo IT, which is critical to the success of the Digital Platform Strategy.
This role will work closely with delivery leads, architects, security, audit, and other horizontal teams to ensure the platforms and components are secure and sustainable.
**Accountabilities**
Key accountabilities include:
1.Mange internal and External Stake-holders.
2.
AI and ML system design accommodating various type of architecture and considerations.
3.
Collaborating with a pool of associated and deliveries to meet Organization objectives on time.
4.
Contributing to Building roadmap, AOPs, Team Planning and Financials
5.
Assessing /Building different solutions architecturally, SWOT analysis
6.
Managing Operational tasks - on boarding Conversational AI (Chatbot and Voicebot)and Machine Vision projects and take initiatives to improve them.
7.
Aligning different Stakeholder to common goal and approach and drive Business outcome.
8.
Implementing quick POTs and capability to demonstrate Technology in-depth.
9.
Help managing information security approvals and exceptions and interpreting security standards, procedures and guidelines for multiple platforms and diverse environments
10.
Managing business continuity planning for Intelligent Automation and Ai solutions
11.
Coordinating with IT Operations to embrace global sustain management policies and govern for Digital Services, bringing consistency and scalability across the group.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Software Development Lifecycle experience, preferably in AI/ML technologies in fast paced environment with advanced degree in STEM field.
AI/ML System Design and Development
- Hands-on software development experience with Python or Java (backend) and Javascript frameworks (front-end)
- Hands-on cloud native, scalable development with priority to Azure and secondary AWS
- Hands-on DevOps experience including building, maintaining and enabling automation with CI/Cd and Data pipelines
- Experience with different Conversational AI Platform including but not limited to Microsoft, AWS, Google, OneReach, Avaamo and IBM
- Experience with different Deep Learning/Machine Vision Capabilities including but not limited to Tesnorflow, PyTorch
- Experience with Agile Delivery Methods, SAFe preferred
- Understanding of various Governance and Controls around delivering Responsible AI.
- Experience in designing and evaluating User Experience in using various AI Technology.
- Techno functional capability in the domain of AI and Machine Learning
- Ability to define customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Ability to provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
- Identify Business requirement, find the suitable technology to address it and interpret the outcome.
- Starting, Building and Managing the lifecycle of the Platform.
- Experience in a dynamic product management role; experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Highly effective cross-functional team collaboration
- Seasoned in large enterprise environment,
working with wide stakeholders and should have technological depth to plan and make right technological decision.
- Familiarity with Intelligent automation and Ai technologies (ex.
RPA, API, Message Bus)
**Non Technical Skills**
- Excellent customer relationship, written and oral communications and presentation skills and focus on building and maintaining customer relationship
- Understanding of general IT Controls and change management procedures
- Familiarity with Program management concepts and complex program execution.
- Quick learner, willingness and interest in continuously exploring upcoming technologies and gaining expertise
- Clearly communicates expectations
- Quickly adapts to new and innovative proces
