- OEC Group is looking for a Full-time **Ocean Freight Sales Representative** to join our **Mexico City** team.
The purpose of the role is to execute the end to end Sales Cycle and increase our presence in a National Level

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
- Generates daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
- Coordinates with Account Executive(s) to generate new leads/quotations and improve/optimize their sales process.
- Develops presentations for Account Executive(s) to present to potential customers.
- Participate in some telemarketing duties; light cold calling.
- Provides sales support by quoting customers on services.
- Generate accurate reports using basic knowledge of pricing and sales procedures.
- Answers phone and gives information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Creates, maintain, and enter information into databases.
- Sets up and manages paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork,
or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.
- Completes forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Schedules and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
- Enters information pertaining to potential leads and current customers in the active CRM, Sugar.
**Work Schedule**:
Monday trough Friday.
9 AM to 6 PM
**Qualifications**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- 1-2 years of experience in logistics sales roles in a B2B environment.
- Intermediate English Level
- Experience in working with service agreements and/or sales contracts.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience with:
- Microsoft Office MS SQL Code Cargowise One RDBMS Databases
- Accounting Software Office Management Systems ERPs HRIS ATS
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor in International business or relevant related field
- 2 years of experience (preferred)
