Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement platforms and processes.
You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement operations, supporting our teams with advanced technological solutions and continuous process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Platform Management: Administer and maintain procurement platforms, ensuring optimal performance and availability.Process Optimization: Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement in procurement processes.Technical Support: Provide technical support to platform users,
resolving issues and answering queries.System Integration: Coordinate the integration of new tools and technologies with existing platforms.Training: Train users on procurement platforms and best practices.Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor platform performance and evaluate the impact on procurement processes.Security and Compliance: Ensure platforms meet security standards and regulatory requirements.Collaboration: Work closely with IT and procurement teams to align platforms with business needs.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in procurement and platform administration, with experience in a multinational company.Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Suite.Project Management: Experience in managing technological projects and implementing new tools.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze system performance and propose improvements.Communication Skills: Advanced English proficiency, excellent verbal and written communication skills.Hybrid Position:
