Master's degree or advanced degree.Experience with strategy and operations.Experience developing and delivering C-level communications.Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.Excellent critical thinking skills and business acumen.About the JobThe Go-To-Market (GTM) Commercial Office is a thought partner for the GTM President and Regional leadership team, responsible for developing and executing strategic agreements and customer relationships.
The Commercial Office streamlines the entire agreements process, identifies challenges and opportunities, gathers feedback, and improves the execution of agreements efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing programs that ensure our sales organization operates in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including compliance with data privacy, anti-corruption, anti-competition, and export controls.
You will collaborate with sales leadership, legal, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks, develop training programs,
and monitor sales activities for compliance.

ResponsibilitiesSet the goal and direction for the Commercial Compliance program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating multiple projects, organizing cross-project work, and defining program controls/governance/standards.Track, monitor, and report on compliance initiatives driven by the Commercial Office.Manage blockers and work towards resolution through cross-functional collaboration.Drive critical analysis and recommendations on priority topics and escalations related to compliance strategy across GTM motions.Develop clear, simple, and persuasive communications to influence senior stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigation plans.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer, committed to building a workforce that reflects the diversity of the users we serve.
