Now we are looking for this position:
**Talent Acquisition Coordinator**
**Main Purpose**:
Responsible for executing the full lifecycle staffing process for high-volume, salaried, multi-incumbent roles within a specific area of the business/function with oversight from a TA Manager.
They will also continue to develop and implement core sourcing processes for identifying and hiring external talent when needed, as well as participate in Talent Acquisition Projects with high impact to the business.
**Accountabilities / Responsibilities**:
Execute the full life cycle recruitment process for each requisition including:
- Facilitation of Hiring Manager Intake Meeting resulting in service-level alignment
Manage the feedback process to determine next step actions in process.
Manage with the attempt to achieve /build consensus, with Manager oversight when needed.- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partner, and TA Operations in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results,
and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility.
- May participate in a client focused TA project that supports client's short and/or long-term needs, goals, and/or AOP.
- Problem solving predominantly focused against daily resolution of requisition related issues.
- Responsible for balancing the workloads between the 3 TA Analysts
- Responsible for coaching and developing the skills of the TA Analysts.
- Accountable for the E2E TA process by ensuring the Backoffice team delivers their services timely.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related is required
- Minimum 4 years of Experience in Talent Acquisition Processes is a must
- Previous experience in IT recruitment is a plus
- Previous intermediary experience with high-volume,
full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience for professional-level is desirable
- Advance English is required
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is a must
- Interpersonal skills - able to establish credible relationships within different clients
- Networking, collaboration, and influence
- Able to lead Functional agenda within a matrix environment
This position can be based in **Monterrey** or **Mexico City**
