**What You will Do**- Develop and maintain a safety plan to meet customer program timing- Create/review Item Definition and Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessments- Perform/review necessary safety analysis (e.G.
FTA, FMEA,
FMEDA)- Derive safety requirements and create functional and technical safety concepts- Support the implementation of safety requirements at hardware and software levels- Perform necessary architectural verification reviews at system, hardware and software levels- Define required tests for verification and validation of safety requirements- Support safety reviews, process audits and product functional safety assessmentsWhat You will bring along- Minimum of three years experience as Systems Engineer, Software Engineer or Hardware Design Engineer in the automotive industry.- Minimum of one-year experience in functional safety.- Knowledge of ISO 26262, IEC 61508 or similar industry safety standards.- Knowledge of ISO 26262 based processes for risk analysis, safety concept development, and safety analysis methods including FMEA and FTA.- Advanced English language skills.- Professional communication skills to be able to present and interact with clients.- Highly motivated with effective organizational skills and team working abilities.
**Salary**: From $25,000.00 per month
