**Global Markets Operations Analyst**
**Principal Function**:
Team Lder Acct Servicing and Mnt is functionally responsible for all Client Static Data Maintenance of trading account and Standard Settlement Instructions, including setting up, amending and deleting of Account and Settlement Instructions.
This covers all Global Market products / asset classes / and downstream systems.
Team Lder Acct Servicing and Mnt has an on-shore model with current staff located in MX
The Team Lder Acct Servicing and Mnt function is to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and that transactions are passed without defects.
Delivery priority maintenance according with the SLA and operational requirements including regulatory and business drivers..
**Main Responsabilities**:
- Support the liaise with the Business/Ops/Front office, Global Service Center, IT and other On-boarding departments to facilitate account set up and ongoing account maintenance
- Work in an integrated fashion with peers to ensure appropriate level of coverage and customer service is provided to the stakeholder community
- Support the monitor to various workflow for inflight cases and prioritization where required
- Support the execute ad-hoc requests and manage stakeholder expectations
- Work with Projects to ensure that:

Sufficient inputs are provided to integrate various systems to the Potential Global SSI Database
?
Sufficiently monitor such integrations front to back
?
Ensure functional inputs are provided for such integrations into systems
- Support the Analysis/UAT/regression testing for existing systems when required
- Support the Company's Diversity programs
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar roles/function within the finance industry, working within a Global Markets environment
- A broad working knowledge of Global Market products
- A track record of partnering with Operations Asset Class heads, Front office, IT and external stakeholders to support and implement agreed strategy.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate unstructured or ambiguous situations.
Qualifications / Certifications
- Minimum of Admin or Finance degree (recommended)
- Global Market product certification (recommended)
- English Advanced (indispensable)
- Recent Graduates with financial profile
- Knowledge in Microsoft (excel, access, PPT, etc)
- Market Products (Fixed Income, Derivatives, OTC, etc)
