**MANAGER RECRUITMENT - PHILIPPINES - BPO-CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE**Location: Mexico**Role**: Full-time Remote, Work From Home Independent Contractor/ Freelancer Role**Experience**:- 8- 12 years ( Experience in BPO or Call Centre recruitment who has handled volume hiring)**Requirement**: Immediate**Mandatory Pre-requisites**- Must have their own laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:- Processor - Core i5 or higher, RAM - 8GB or higher.- Bandwidth Requirements Minimum- Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps; Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps.- And a quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise (trust us, you'll appreciate the quiet) and without interruption.
**Job Summary**:- The Recruitment Manager - BPO or Call Center will mainly be responsible for deliverables of the target required number of quality hires to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan.- The role supervises recruiting capabilities and oversees the recruiting process for either a large or many Operating Unit(s), Capability Group(s), Workforce(s), or Countries with a large recruiting demand plan for us.- Responsible for hiring both volume hiring & niche segments.- Must be handling high volume recruitment and scaling up.
**Key Responsibilities**:**Strategic**:- Define and set the strategy for meeting recruiting demand for our clients which involves Volume hiring to niche hires in coordination with the CEO, Global Director of Talent Acquisition, and the other stakeholders to ensure that it is in line with the company's business strategy.- Build Pipelines recruiting strategies and meet the defined targets
