Job Summary: Provide sales process support to client teams, client leadership, other client operations teams and interfacing functional areas.
Assist client Practitioners in navigating the company's internal sales processes.
Support client Leadership and Sales Operations leads in driving deals through a complex, internal approval and qualification process and ensuring compliance with client policies across multiple service areas and sales strategies.
This position reports to Sales Operations Leadership, Senior Managers, or Managers.
Note that depending on your specific responsibilities you may also be aligned to and take direction from business leadership role(s).
Primary responsibilities include:
- Communicate changes in deal review policies and OMS updates effectively.
- Provide process management to ensure adherence to standard methods and best practices.
- Balance multiple competing priorities as an individual contributor, with guidance when required.
- Supervise and provide leadership to a team with oversight from a manager.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of low to medium complexity workplans.
- Confidently interact with senior leadership and provide input into the creation and optimization of operational processes.
- Demonstrate expertise in supporting tools and processes, with a clear understanding of Sales Operations' role within the broader client and Sales Operations ecosystem.
- Coordinate review and approval meetings and act as a consultant to deal/contract owners, guiding them through the review process efficiently.
- Support sales reporting, analysis, and forecasting activities.
- Educate sales teams on client sales processes and tools, driving adoption and adherence to best practices.
- Promote and implement sales excellence practices,
supporting governance cadences and execution with a focus on forecasting, pipeline health, sales performance, and data-driven insights.
- Contribute to the execution of the sales planning cycle.
- Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance Sales Operations efficiency.
- Provide support to Sales Operations to improve offerings for current and future clients.
- Track and monitor opportunities throughout the deal lifecycle, from opportunity creation to closure, aiding deal teams in the reconciliation of all deal aspects (e.g.
Artefacts, C365 Setup) - Preparing for Qualification & Deal Review meetings, where quick thinking is essential - Record notes and actions during Qualification & Deal Review calls.
This requires fast typing skills and the ability to quickly understand the details of the deal - Process Deals for Re-approval as and when required, calling out and managing any Below Floor Approval requirement - Can support Accenture or other clients in the future - Enforce compliance with appropriate policies/standard processes and support internal investigations of policy violations regarding contracts/deals as needed
