You will be involved in the definition and execution of the business operations.This data-driven role calls for a rare combination of consumer-inspired analytical thinking, execution excellence & interpersonal ability.
You will have the opportunity to manage a tight team, where you will have a clear impact on the launch, development and growth of different DiDi Food businesses in LATAM.

You´ll never have a dull moment!Role Responsibilities:- Develop & lead the regional growth strategy for the Eater Engagement vertical across México,
Central America and the Caribbean.- Become an influential stakeholder within the restaurant, courier, and functional operations teams.- Translate strategy into results: manage execution against key milestones and targets; manage a high performing team that is responsible for city operations and growth optimization.- Proactively conduct and coordinate analysis to define optimal ways of improving operations and processes at a national level.- Manage multi-functional projects: coordinate projects with complex, multi-functional scope that stretch across departments within the organization.- Be a relentless advocate for the users experience and growth; translate that perspective into initiatives across teams that touch product operations,
marketing and communications at a national and regional level.- Ensure the right development of the team: model a culture that prioritizes open feedback and structures the development of a team of high-performing analysts and interns.Role Qualifications:- 5+ years of demonstrated success in high-performance environments with operations and strategy focus- Bachelor/ Master Degree in quantitative field (e.G
