if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HRBP and the Hiring Manager!A Day In The Life:As a Account Management Team Leader, you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
Your responsibilities will be:Under the supervision of the Commercial Director, contribute to Mancom business vision by sharing channel perspective, risks and opportunities.Build and achieve the channel/group of accounts results: turnover, market share, profit; consolidate, steer budget and P&L.Pilot; the channel's negotiation and execution by KA team, build the action plan to implement the Division strategy at channel/group of account level.
Allocate resources accordingly, ensure accurate forecasts and adapt plans when needed.Monitor a retailer-centric account planning process to reach as much alignment as possible with each client and design a retailer specific development plan.
Build a compelling story to get retailer buy-in.
Build a strong network with key stakeholders at the retailer's.
Facilitate good relations between L'Oréal and Retailers' top management.Manage, coach and develop your team and lead multifunctional teamwork between your teams and other departments.
