You will report to the General Manager for the North America Region and will be a key member of the Regional Management team.The missionYour mission is to ensure Specialty Rental in Mexico is the most reliable and trusted partner for our customers through delivering an exceptional customer and employee experience, enabling our customers and people to thrive in an increasingly complex world.
You are a key contributor to the sustainable, inclusive and profitable growth of Atlas Copco Specialty Rental in Mexico, continuously growing the business in the country, in line with agreed targets, through excellence in sales and operations,
delivering best-in-class customer experience, while making better use of natural resources, and enabling people to succeed through a purpose-driven culture, connected with autonomy and continuous growth based on training and development of your team.
To be successful in your mission it is fundamental to perform in the following areas:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenues, market share and profitability.Operational Management: Manage all operations within the country, including profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets, aiming to deliver efficiency every year, with excellent operations performance, reflected in customer satisfaction.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and other stakeholders.Compliance:
Ensure the company operates within the legal and business environment of the country.
Continuously drive safety initiatives and activities to maintain a consistent trend of reducing recordable injuries.Business Development: Identify business opportunities, potential partners, markets, and competition.
Collaborate with the marketing team in experimenting and ultimately implementing new business models that support further market penetration.
Explore opportunities organically and/or inorganically, establishing a leading position in an additional business line, increasing business diversity in terms of project size, customer numbers, segments and applications served.Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver top customer service.

fostering a "growth mindset" culture with a psychological safety approach and securing the right level of competence, confidence and commitment.
Work closely with HR to improve employee retention rates in your region.Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and financial plans, controlling expenditure and having a good knowledge of financial management, know where we are, why, and how to reach the agreed targets.Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and evaluate the organizational set-up of operations, especially the role and responsibilities, adjusting as necessary to ensure we have the most effective structure that is also highly efficient.What can you expect?As Country Manager you are responsible for managing growth, operations and finance (P&L; and balance sheet) in line with the agreed regional targets for Specialty Rental business in Mexico, including potential company acquisitions,
ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
Continuous cultural development based on the strategy to empower, energize and engage our Ren-Talents to transform the future and development of a top talent pipeline to ensure sustainability of the region's performance.
Additionally, you will lead research and analysis to develop corporate sustainability strategies, ensuring that business practices, products, and services are environmentally friendly and compliant with government rules and regulations.
Also, collaborate with other leaders to implement processes and technologies that reduce the organization's carbon footprint, contributing to the sustainable,
profitable and inclusive growth in Rental North America.What can we expect of you?Experience requirements:Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in related areas.Bachelor's degree is a must, preferably in business and/or engineering.Influence leadership, presentation, and strategic execution skills.You have awareness of local cultures and international business environments.The candidate must have an excellent command of English.Additionally, the candidate must have excellent command of Spanish, or be willing to learn it during the first year in the job.Personality requirements:Competency is more than ever a combination of knowledge, experience, and attitude.
