**Responsabilidades**:**About the Role****Job Purpose**The LAN FP&A; Manager has the dual responsibility for providing leadership and directing the financial activities for the Original Equipment (OE) Business in the region BS-LAN (Mexico, Costa Rica & Colombia) plus the ownership and overall coordination and leadership of execution of the BS-LAN FP&A; Process including direct support to the Regional President and the Functional Regional Directors.
This leader must have the ability to:- Inspire, challenge and influence the organization in all aspects of Bridgestone businesses.- Develop talent to lead a high performing, highly motivated finance team.- Build strong collaborative relationships across the region, partnering with the OE Business Team in BS-LAN and the Country Finance teams to deliver sustainable business results in the OE Business and the execution with excellence of the BS-LAN FP&A; Processes
