- Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Product Engineer located in Guadalajara North Campus.
- Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the NPI Sr.
Product Engineer will be Responsible for receiving, analyze, clean, and customize all technical information/documentation from the customer related to his product, derived from a New Product Introduction (NPI) or a design change in order to establish all necessary processes to manufacture it by maintaining its design and performance integrity.
- What a typical day looks like:
- Quick BOM's Management and Implementation.
- Fast Engineering Change Management and Implementation.
- Definition of Manufacturing Process Routes.
- Technical Support to CFTs (Customer Work Teams).
- Management and Control of Drawings and Product Specifications.
- Leading work meetings.
- Technical support to our customers in manufacturing processes and processing of metallic materials.
- The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Full Product Engineering experience within the metal-mechanic industry.
- Extensive knowledge in metallurgical processes.
- Extensive knowledge in specifications and standards related to metals.
- Distinguish, Compare,
analyze and Evaluate metallic materials used in our metal-mechanical processes.
- Technical support in the establishment of variables to control, optimize and evaluate processes and metal-mechanical operations.
- Leadership.
- Good communication habilities.
- Conversational English.
