**A highly respected and well-established LA-based personal injury firm is seeking a Discovery Legal Clerk.

****The right person for this position will have an excellent academic background with excellent multitasking and organizational skills, an ability to work with and report to others as a team, and above all must be detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
****Summary: Provide case management support to Attorneys by preparing discovery, assembling and organizing case materials, and writing memoranda.
****RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution.- Conduct initial client consultations and gather pertinent case information.- Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties.- Draft legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, and settlement agreements.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case status and address any concerns.
**REQUIREMENTS**:- Fluent in English and Spanish****- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a case manager, preferably in personal injury law.
****- Fluent in English and Spanish.
