**Skills**:Beginner in real estate sales, real estate investing, and GHL (GoHighLevel).

**Responsibilities and more:Day to Day Outline:- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and opportunities.- Utilize automation tools for efficient lead management.- Implement SMS prospecting strategies to engage potential clients.- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.- Utilize GHL (Go High Level) strategies to qualify and prioritize leads.Non-negotiables:- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).- Experience with GHL methodologies.- Background in real estate or investment is a must.Pay: $87.00 - $91.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
