- Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Customer Service Representative located in Aguascalientes Campus.
- The Customer Service Representative will be Responsible for communicate with customers and deal with customer's inquiries.
- What a typical day looks like:
- Handle enquiries, and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure one call resolution.
- Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or challenging customers.
- Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions.
- Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed.
- Demonstrate clear speaking and writing skills in English to best ensure customer understanding.
