**What will I be selling?
**In this role you'll be building relationships with the top performing agents in the markets we serve, primarily across Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Dallas and more.

**What's the day-to-day for this role?
**- You'll be executing various outbound sales strategies.
Be prepared to be making +60 calls every day.- You'll manage the relationship contact to close, which in this case is helping the agent submit their first property on the app.- You'll be giving product walk-throughs over Zoom, to share the details about how the leasing tools work.- Keeping your CRM updated with call notes and statuses about your book of business.
We currently are using Zendesk Sell as our CRM tool.- Collaborating with the other members of the sales team.
We believe in sharing tips and keeping your peers updated on the pipeline.
**Who will I be working closest with?
**- **Leadership**: Director of Sales, Cody Frank.- **Peers**:We have an amazing first group of sales reps.- You'll be joining the third class, which will be a critical crew of sales professionals.

**Where will I be working?
**From your home!




We will assist you with home internet and office supplies should you need it.The sales reps for this position will be hired in Mexico.
**Other requirements:- At least 6 months of call center or inside sales experience is a must.- Excellent verbal and written English communication.- You have used CRMs in the past, and can pick up new technologies quickly
