- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Business Systems Analyst located

- Reporting to the _Business Systems Analyst Manager
_this role will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems in order to solve them with automated systems and will also be responsible for designed details for automated systems in order to make them more efficient._
- What a typical day looks like:
- _ Determinate required improvements on the systems, managing its proper implementation in order to meet customer requirements._
- _ Analyze new requirements_
- _ Define requirements specifications to define methods and procedures related to new assignments_
- _ Write functional and technical specifications for developers_
- _ Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in a creative and cost-effective way_
- _ Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones._
- _ Monitor project progress, timelines and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery._
- _ Verify newly developed processes_
- _ Develop reports according to user requirements_
- _ Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of multiple factors_
- The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Advanced English_
- _ Requires a Bachelor´s degree related_
- _ Experience in the medical industry_
- _ Experience working with ERP´s systems_
- _ Project management experience_
- Baan V (ERP)
