Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Warehouse Analyst _located_ in _Flex Tijuana._




- Reporting to the_ _Warehouse Manager_ _this role will be for providing data analysis in support of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records._
What a typical day looks like:

- _
Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the analysis of data._
- _
May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the analysis of data._
- _
Collects, compiles, analyzes, and presents various types of data._
- _
Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on analysis of data from multiple sources,_
- _
May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection._
- _
Audits data.
Challenges and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations._
- _
Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics._
- _
Where applicable, suggest_ process/communication_ improvements relative to metric tracking activities._
- _




Tracks warehouse management performance and initiate corrective actions when required._
- _
Design, manage and control all data analysis tools_

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

- _
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience_
- _
Previous exp working as warehouse analyst_
- _
Exp with data analysis, reports, excel (spreadsheets and charts) Audits data, metrics_
- _
Track warehouse & analysis tools_
- EF55_
