**About the role**We are looking for a senior manager to join our growing Revenue Strategy and Operations team and develop and strengthen our sales development strategies to help increase revenue and market share.
As a senior management, you will be critical to continually improving the impact of the sales development organization and helping Deel continue along its hyper-growth trajectory.You will report to our Associate Director of Revenue Strategy and Operations.




**What you'll do at Deel**- Own the Sales Development strategy and operations roadmap, aligning with stakeholders to drive pipeline impact- Recruit, develop and manage a team to execute on key pipeline generation and prospecting strategies- Maintain sales development tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Amplemarket, Apollo, LISN, etc.)
evaluating performance and optimizing processes- Track and report on sales development funnel, including volume, quality, velocity, conversion, activities, etc
