**The Opportunity**
This position works out of our Mexico location in the Abbott Diabetes Care Division.
We're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions.
We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
The purpose is to ensure the correct execution of basic demand/supply planning activities for ADC LATAM Area by attending required actions to attain sustainable product availability processes focusing on market needs and carrying the S&OP;/IBP process.
To optimize the business operation by ensuring the DOH targets by product in the region according to the inventory policy.
To maximize the product portfolio forecast accuracy objectives by ensuring proper demand projections within the supply horizon.
**What You'll Do**
- To support the adequate DOH levels by country/product to meet the sales targets while optimizing the inventory policy and challenge demand projections by country
- To support the consolidation of the monthly Area CDR to deliver the most significant performance figures and commercial information about the business to the International Region.
- To contribute to deliver continual performance information by country/product to the global demand team detailing volume figures and accurate comments to variations.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in similar role
- Experience 3 years managing data bases, structural analysis and communications to high corporate roles (Specialists, Managers and potentially Directors) in different countries/cultures.
- Other qualifications/certifications:
Supply Chain expertise
- English language proficiency
