This role is crucial in enhancing our customer experience by greeting visitors via video at our headquarters while efficiently managing various administrative tasks during downtime.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Greet visitors and clients via video conferencing with a warm and professional demeanor.- Handle incoming calls and inquiries,
providing information and assistance as needed.- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks during slower periods.- Maintain a positive and welcoming virtual environment.- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.- Perform data entry and manage documents as required.- Collaborate with various teams to streamline administrative processes.
**Qualifications**:- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and other office software (e.G., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekApplication Question(s):- Do you have any background in Medical services,Pharmaceutics and/or prescriptions?- Do you have experience as a Virtual Assistant as a Pharmacist,or anything related to medication or prescriptions?
