We are urgently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The primary responsibility will be overseeing key tasks performed by the sales team and communicating sales performance with the Sales Manager.
Effective communication with managers will primarily be through phone calls, with occasional text messages.
This is a remote position, and we will provide all necessary technology and phone numbers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Manage client records, schedules, and correspondence.
- Assist with proposals, reports, and sales-related tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and contribute to lead generation.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and sales activities.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in administration or sales support (marketing experience a plus).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Sales experience and knowledge of lead generation.
- Stable computer connection, fluent in English (strong writing skills), able to make calls using softphone (company phone on the computer.
We will provide softphone, be available from 9 am-5 pm EST.
