Let's talk.About the role:Aircall is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute the field marketing strategy in LATAM and Iberia.
They will be a key partner to our regional Sales Director to drive toward shared goals through the development and execution of a strategy that will ensure continuous brand support and pipeline.The role will ensure teams across marketing, and other key functions, are aligned to supporting marketing plans that accelerate the sales cycle and improve conversion to customers across the regions.This is a hybrid role based in Mexico City.Key Responsibilities:Develop, own, and execute the marketing strategy for LATAM and Iberia, focusing on growing and accelerating the pipeline through diverse channels, including digital, content, web, webinars, on/offline events, pipeline acceleration initiatives, and customer/partner activations.Act as a trusted partner to regional sales leaders, ensuring alignment of strategy, processes, and shared goals across departments.Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing initiatives,
ensuring alignment with company priorities.Educate and communicate with the sales team about upcoming and ongoing marketing initiatives, including global, regional, and local campaigns.Establish performance metrics and processes to track ROI and effectively measure the success of marketing initiatives.Conduct research to identify and evaluate regional growth opportunities.Review and localize global campaigns content to ensure local impact.Lead and mentor a team to plan and execute marketing programs tailored to the region.Qualifications:Deep knowledge of the LATAM and Iberia markets.Proven experience working with SMBs.Language skills: Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Strong background in developing fully integrated marketing strategies tailored to specific markets.Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills.Highly autonomous, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects,
and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities.Previous experience managing a team is a plus.Location: This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week at our Mexico City office.We know that success comes from clever work and deserves recognition and reward
