Responsible for the Markets Onboarding process.
The Manager is the owner of managing the customer's onboarding experience, expectations, and communications with the Relationship Manager and/or Sales Manager.
Coordinate the process of incorporation and maintenance of Markets products, including the collection of customer information necessary to complete the profile.
This includes the correct review of information in the bank's systems, leading to the execution of contractual validations of the product.The role will ensure that all process execution complies with HSBC policy as well as regulatory requirements,
maintaining alignment with the Business SLA and set expectations with customers managed across all functions.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the onboarding process of clients of Global Banking and CMB, mainly Markets and GLCM products.Main point of contact between Operations and RM/client.Ensure quality standards are being met.Supervise and follow up on cases and escalate any problems affecting the onboarding process.Support RM requirements for Global Banking & Markets and Commercial Banking for customers to help speed up the onboarding process.Be assertive and confident in managing timely delivery of documentation to KYCS and escalate issues where needed.Communicate with GB RMs regarding additional information or client document requirements.Collaborate with key stakeholders such as GBM, Compliance, KYCS, Remediation, and other support functions to ensure a smooth onboarding process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
