Our Health Coordinators play a pivotal role in our company.In this role, you will contact patients based in Latin America,
with a personalized and empathetic approach, always always with the utmost respect for confidentiality.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Reaching out to patients and conducting initial qualifications and assessments.- Maintaining accurate records of the qualification process in our CRM system.- Providing concise reports and statistics on a regular basis.- Ensure strict adherence to established procedures and protocols.- Stay informed about evolving developments within the Medical Team.- Proficiently use CRM, Outlook, and Zoom.- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**:- Native-level proficiency in verbal and written Latin American Spanish (C2).- Professional working proficiency in verbal and written English (C1).
