About the job
- Ensures a close collaboration and alignment with the Digital Commerce Center of Excellence in order to follow our goal in offering excellent Business Support for 3rd party accounts (core focus Amazon LATAM)
- Ensures a smooth workflow process for 3rd party online Amazon business (stock, pick and pack, missing products, etc.)
- Support Project & Process integration for business adaptations or other business requirements regarding 3rd part Business Support workflows.
- Drives and update tools and processes to improve efficiency and quality of 3rd party Amazon business.
- Ensure good stock availability and respects the retail calendar activities so that the right products are on the right place for our 3rd party Amazon accounts.
- Support and fulfill 3rd Party Online requests related to Amazon logistics operations in close collaboration with other departments.
- Key role in further expansion of operations within the LATAM region.
- The role requires constant consultation and close work with Ecommerce Account Management, Digital Center of Excellence, Planning, Marketing, Legal, IT, Process Management, Order to Cash and Customer Service teams.
About you
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of analytical and business development strategies
- Experience in cooperation with 3rd Party Online eCommerce platforms (preferably Amazon)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced level of Portuguese and English
- Spanish is a plus
