**About the role**:
The Head of Talent Acquisition is an integral member of the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Centre of Expertise function and the LATAM HR leadership team.
The TA Head is instrumental in helping the organization build a sustainable pipeline of talent for future organizational growth.
This role can be based in Mexico or Brazil.
This position will lead the strategic development and execution of best-in-class sourcing, attraction, recruitment and selection strategies aligned with business and functional requirements, while partnering with our global teams to build towards best-in-class talent acquisition strategies that are sustainable for the entire organization.
This role is also responsible for the maintenance and ongoing management of recruitment marketing strategies, talent acquisition operations, early talent, and contingent labor solutions for LATAM; while influencing the delivery of requisitions through our Global Business Services talent acquisition team based in Queretaro.




**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop collaborative relationships with the LATAM HR, Global Business Services, and functional leadership teams/hiring managers to provide staffing expertise, market related intelligence, and counsel on a variety of staffing issues and improve talent acquisition effectiveness.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, ensuring attraction and selection of world-class talent across all professional and leadership openings.
Provide and direct innovative sourcing solutions for difficult to fill or unique roles through specialized programs and targeted channels to ensure the timely fill of openings.




- Monitor and prioritize the recruiting workflow through TA service delivery with our Global Business Services TA team in Queretaro; and provide direction for the future strategy of our volume operative recruitment to ensure attainment of service level expectations.
- Engage in day-to-day recruitment of senior level positions in partnership with business and functional leadership.
- Provide functional expertise and training to hiring managers as needed to build their capability in selecting top talent for the organization.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve Kerry's employer brand and employee value proposition tied to Kerry's Purpose to Inspire Food, Nourish Life.
- Monitor, track and analyze open requisitions, recruitment data, and key performance indicators to measure the success of the function and team.
Provide executive reporting related to hiring sources, time to fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, etc.




Lead recruitment meetings as required across the business or functions.
- Establish and oversee the Recruitment team budget, monitoring and reporting on costs throughout the year and identifying areas for cost saving opportunities.
Manage relationships with appropriate third-party vendors, including contract negotiations and supplier management.
- Provide oversight and management of contingent labor solutions for LATAM, including traditional contract, gig, executive consulting, and related.
- Ensure the function's full compliance with applicable federal and state employment regulations.
**Qualifications and skills**:

- Proven experience of broad-based talent acquisition experience across multi-functional areas within a large, fast
- paced, complex organization (manufacturing, supply chain, commercial/sales, enabling functions, etc.).
Experience with RPO, MSP,



or GBS (shared services) is highly advantageous but not essential.
- Proven experience in using and optimizing talent acquisition technology, including applicant tracking/ATS systems, CRMs, artificial intelligence, etc.
- Progressive experience in managerial/director role in recruitment leadership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and analyses simultaneously while being able to balance the needs of Global and Regional TA priorities
- Demonstrated experience and success in development of innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies for unique or difficult to fill roles
