**Job description**:
Manage and effective planning of materials resources, to ensure supply the production lines at time, avoiding risk on the operations, as well as the customer satisfaction in quantity, quality and service.
- Daily and weekly analysis of supplier requirements.
- Monitoring of components in transit until their arrival at the border and timely delivery to the Customs Agency.
Ensure that the material arrives on time at the production line.
- Correctly manage the material requirements in order not to exceed the inventory objectives proposed by the company.
- Permanently maintain reliable inventory stocks.
- Generate QN's to suppliers that fail to comply with the procedures established by the company.
- Coordinate and locate savings in raw material and avoid expedited costs.
**Desired skills and knowledge**:
- **Completed University studies** (degree or intern letter) in Logistics or International Trade.
- Requires 2+ years of experience in Materials area,
working in a mufacturing environment.
- Knowledge in materials & supply chain management, MRO, MS Office, and SAP systems.
- Soft Skills: Customer focus, analytical, sense of urgency, strong communication skills.
- **English written and spoken - advanced (indispensable)**
