About the Role:Reporting into the Regional President, we're looking for a transformational, ambitious and driven Managing Director to lead the LATAM markets into its next era of growth.
With full P&L; responsibility of the commercial functions, you'll define the strategy to continue the development of the Dyson brand across the markets, to sustainably increase market share and to leverage the full potential across our product categories across all channels.
Accountabilities:Deliver Market sales (volume and revenue) and profit targets and continue to grow our Indirect business in market with a large focus on new product developments.Develop and deliver sales strategies for the market business.Drive translation of strategies into action focused plans that deliver commercial goals and objectives.Attract attention to Dyson and what we stand for.Maximise brand recognition, shopper and consumer understanding through first-class,
insight-based activations.Ensure Dyson is presented as a technology icon in retail and that the environment facilitates demonstration of the tech to address consumer needs.Maximise impact of NPD roll-out across the markets.Take the fight for product leadership to competitors and exploit fully our technological advantages.Monitor competitor activity, report and develop activity to counter their impact.Work with the wider Americas team to identify trends and develop strategies to outperform the competition.Establish strongest possible commercial relationships with key customers.Work collaboratively with the wider Americas team to build network with sales, marketing and direct business experts.Oversee customer negotiations in-line with Americas trade pricing & trade terms policies.Develop and execute multi-channel strategy.Act as a country SME and leader while partnering with the Regional Vice Presidents.Provide strong LATAM leadership capability to maximize the team's potential.Partner with the Regional Vice Presidents of Marketing, eCommerce and B2B on the LATAM overall strategy in alignment to the regional strategy.Be the LATAM Markets expert and consult the business where needed.Support people development, reward and resourcing.About You:You'll be an experienced Director, preferably with clear LATAM commercial and international experience, a proven track record of results across minimum two senior rotations (Head Of or Director level).
Proven P&L; track record and a high level of financial acumen, including the understanding of local regulations.
Skilled in Account Management and Retail Sales.
Thrived in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Experience in influencing support functions and teams.
Worked in a customer and retail-centric company with a love and appreciation of technology.
Experience in navigating different operating models and a matrix environment.
Open to change with a strong ability to be agile; Dyson adapts consistently to ensure we stay ahead of competition.
You'll need to be able to change direction with ease and cascade plans clearly to your team.

Fluency in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese is preferred.
