**Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of life**:
You will conduct research and resolves routine legal questions under the direction of an attorney on a level between the attorney and a legal secretary.
You will provide research and support activity and counsel and advises Honeywell personnel on routine matters.
You will prepare agreements, instruments, documents and pleadings relating to litigation and non-litigation matters.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Integrate HSE processes and safe work practices into daily operations
- Management and continual improvement of Industrial Hygiene programs including exposure assessments, sampling plans, similar exposure groups, ergonomics and the OSHA chromium standard.
- Lead HSE initiatives as an integrated business partner to support achievement of site goals and ensure zero harm to everyone
- Drive Excellence in HSE through management leadership, employee involvement, worksite analysis, hazard prevention and control, and HSE training
- Deploy and manage safety initiatives to continually improve performance of HSE programs and processes
- Maintain compliance with all safety programs
- Develop and implement safety programs to maintain compliance with all HSE regulatory and company requirements
- Oversight and project management of environmental capital projects
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelors Degree.Preference in engineering, manufacturing, safety, environmental or health science, facilities, or related field
- 6 - 8 years' experience
- English proficiency
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Use innovative thinking to create continuous improvement
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of basic computer skills
- Leadership mindset
- Capital project management experience a plus
- Strong knowledge on legal safety and environmental regulations (STPS, SEMARNAT, SPA)
- ISO 45001 implementation
- Industria Limpia program implementation
