**Position Purpose**
Responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of the selected projects and processes through budgeting, sourcing suppliers, review the correct accomplishment of policies, processes and procedures and also planning the release of the projects in LATAM and Globally.
**Major/Key Accountabilities**
The Senior Project Analyst (SPA) will implement and promote different programs based on the LATAM and BRAMBLES region through the exchange of best practices and the implementation of Spotlights and Standard Toolkit initiatives to improve the performance of our clients.
The SPA will be a leader of different Global projects through planning, executing, risk identifying and problem solving in conjunction with all areas involved in the projects.
He/she will be supervising the control and monitoring of projects and process management in LATAM, for the business, asset control, financial areas,
and provide also support to the mentioned areas.
**Measures**
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; writing follow-up minutes, perform dashboard.
- To direct, coordinate and explain results to executive committee in LATAM and Global level.
**Authority/ Decision Making**
- Strong decision making
- Solid understanding for management of projects and processes
- High software performance on Microsoft Office and Project
- A strategic and critical thinker who can anticipate and identify opportunity areas, for solving problems at an effective way.
- Solid knowledge Distribution and Supply Chain.
**Language**
Excellent English level
**Experience**
- Minimum of 5+ years of distribution and logistics market and supply chain.
- Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in a multinational
- Familiarity in global project leadership.
- A plus knowledge in audit, internal control and risks analysis.
- Bachelors - Industrial Engineering with Masters in Business Administration/Management
