Our thriving elevator installation and service company, based in New York City, is searching for a Client Administrative Coordinator to manage a high volume of client contracts, government forms, and insurance requests with efficiency and accuracy.This role offers the flexibility to work from home while playing a pivotal part in ensuring seamless administrative operations and exceptional client service.The RoleKey ResponsibilitiesDocument Management:Efficiently handle daily incoming requests for contracts, bills, permits, and insurance documents.Ensure all documents are signed, dated,
and accurately aligned with client requirements.Contract Verification:Review contracts for accuracy and completeness.Coordinate with clients to confirm details and update contracts to reflect current terms and responsible parties.Government Forms:Complete and manage all required government forms related to new and ongoing contracts.Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.Insurance Coordination:Process requests for Certificates of Insurance (COI) by liaising with insurance brokers to obtain and verify necessary documents before sending them to clients.Record Keeping:Maintain precise records of all handled documents.Organize digital and paper files for easy accessibility and future reference.Client Communication:Effectively communicate with clients to gather information, clarify document requirements, and ensure satisfaction with our services.Ideal ProfileExperience:Proven background in document coordination or a related field,
