**UX/UI Designer in Figma****Position Overview**At TechNeura, we are seeking a passionate Figma Designer eager to contribute to innovative projects that will shape the future of technology in Mexico and around the world.

**Responsibilities**- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, project managers, and other designers to align design goals with technical and business requirements.- **Interactive Prototypes**: Design high-fidelity interactive prototypes to validate concepts and user flows.- **Iteration and Feedback**: Adapt designs based on user testing and team feedback, ensuring solutions are accessible, functional,



and visually appealing.- **Documentation and Handoffs**: Prepare and deliver organized, developer-ready files, including style guides and design specifications.
**Requirements**:- **Experience in Figma Design**: Proficiency in Figma for creating interactive prototypes and interface designs with a focus on usability and user experience.- **Knowledge of Design Systems**: Experience in creating and maintaining scalable design systems.- **Complementary Tools**: Familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch is a plus.- **Agile Team Collaboration**: Experience working in multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to identify design issues and propose creative solutions.- **Desirable**: Basic front-end development knowledge to facilitate communication with technical teams.

**Experience**:- Figma: 2 years (required).- Interactive Prototyping: 1 year (preferred).
**Language**:- Intermediate English (preferred).
