**Marketing Operations Specialist**We're looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Tilt Metrics.
This role is a fit for someone who has a proven track record of working with analytics and paid media campaigns to troubleshoot issues, identify opportunities, and help our team deliver great results for our clients.We're a remote-first company that focuses on our people first.
Our mission is to deliver qualified leads through inbound marketing for our B2B clients.
**Roles & Responsibilities**- Work with our account strategists on setting up & managing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and DataBox accounts for our clients- Create, change, and troubleshoot pixels for LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads,
Google Ads, and other various tracking scripts- Explain the technical aspects of different analytics and campaign data in a non-technical way.- Setup & manage client HubSpot Marketing Hub accounts.
Sync ad platforms, create audiences & events, and build reports for client presentations.

you will be responsible for working with both our internal team and our clients to ensure data, analytics, and dashboards are working properly.We'll be relying on you to dig into Google Analytics, Facebook/Linkedin, Google Ads, and other accounts to identify issues including: pixels not firing, conversion events not registering, and campaign performance of different ad accounts.
You'll work with our paid media strategists to identify opportunities for improving tracking & overall performance.
**Work Environment Requirements**As a remote-first company, you'll be able to work from anywhere in the US.This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office.
We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack.
In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary
