We're looking for innovative and resourceful **Customer Service Representatives** to join our growing Aventus team!This role not only focuses on delivering top-notch customer service but also involves a variety of back-office tasks that will help you develop your full potential,
enhance your skills, and provide exceptional support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Perform back-office activities, such as managing support tickets, updating customer records, and analyzing data to maintain smooth operations.- Handle tasks related to inventory management, ensuring accurate record-keeping and providing solutions to any related challenges (preferred experience in this area).- Utilize tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, and CRMs to manage inquiries and maintain detailed documentation.- Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and support operational goals.- Approach challenges with creativity, leveraging problem-solving skills to adapt to various situations and provide effective resolutions.
**Requirements**:- **Work Schedule**: 20-30 hours per week.- **Work from Home Setup**: A desktop/laptop, headset, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.- **English Proficiency**: Impeccable grammar and exceptional writing skills.- **Typing Speed**: At least 50 words per minute (WPM).
**Experience**:- At least 2 years in the BPO industry, with a strong focus on customer service.- Familiarity with ticketing platforms (e.G., Zendesk, Gorgias), softphone systems (e.G., Five9), and CRMs.- Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and other organizational tools.
**Skills**:- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and adaptable approach to resolving issues.- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and address overlooked problems.- Experience with inventory management is strongly preferred.- Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
