**The Position**
- As a National Sales Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:- Lead the Obesity Sales Team nationwide, ensuring performance management and professional development.-
- Develop and execute strategies and goals to achieve sales objectives and strategic product sales development in the Obesity sales market.-
- Develop best practices for solving market development and sales development challenges.-
- Work together with key stakeholders (marketing, medical, commercial, etc) in the organization to provide support to the sales team.-




- Build strong relationships with KOLs and other relevant external stakeholders across the country.-
- Manage sales budget by making strategic investments while maximizing profitability.
**Qualifications**
- To be successful in this role, you should have:- Degree in business administration, life sciences, or other relevant discipline; Master's degree is a plus.-
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries with strong sales management across districts and regions.-
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.-
- Previous experience in product launching and/or cardiometabolic products.
**About the Department**
- You will be joining the National Obesity Sales Team, a dedicated group responsible for promoting and selling Novo Nordisk's products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions.
