.AP/AR CoordinatorThe AP/AR Coordinator is a mid-level position in the field of accounting, responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
This position plays a critical role in managing financial operations, supporting Month-End reporting, and providing guidance to junior team members.
The coordinator will also take a lead role in financial analysis, audits,
and various finance-related projects.ResponsibilitiesOversee Trust IT customer invoicing data and ensure its accuracyManage CRM systems for both AR and AP as a key component of daily operationsSupervise the AR centralized inbox and ensure timely responses and follow-upsReview and approve date-stamped incoming invoices and credit application requestsLead the process of entering and reviewing AP invoices and performing credit memo testingAnalyze, store, and track SG&A; expenses, ensuring compliance with financial policiesAudit and track expense reports and provide recommendations for improvementsAct as the primary contact for internal and external audit parties, managing document compilation and reviewCollaborate with the Inventory Manager to resolve inventory-related inquiriesReview and approve purchase and sales contractsMonitor vendor aging reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholdersTrain and mentor junior staff on AP/AR procedures, ensuring team efficiencyRequirementsAcademic/TrainingMinimum Academic Training:Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, International Trade, or Industrial/Process EngineeringPrimary Area of Training:Accounting, Finance, or related fieldsLanguagesSpanish & English at a B2/C1 proficiency levelSpecific KnowledgeAdvanced analytical skills and expertise in Microsoft Office,
