He/she will work to implement the Mexico Go-To-Market plan to drive significant growth through the End User, System Integrators, EPC's, OEM and Rep Channel by Creating Demand for our solutions, products, and services.
He/she will create/use the necessary processes, metrics and planning tools to implement the strategy.
He/she will ensure that annual Account plans are put in place and delivered in a timely fashion.
They will be updated through a quarterly business review process.
The Account Manager will develop an individual training plan to ensure that they receive product & solution training/demonstrations in order to maximize Account penetration of YCA's full portfolio.
In addition,
the Account Manager will analyze data gathered through the organization to determine Account potential, customer requirements and fast growth areas to maximize Account opportunities.DUTIES/RESULTSContribute to the growth of YCA-MX by playing an active and communicative role as a member of the YCA-MX Account Team.Create and maintain a regional coverage strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders in the region (Field Application Specialists, Consultants, and Channel Partners, etc.
).Create and comply with the Policies, Processes and Programs for our Account teams (Source Analysis, Opportunity Management, Account Planning, and Opportunity Action Plans).Participate in regular reviews for all assigned Accounts to review progress against commitments including performance to plan, CRM pipeline size & quality, CRM utilization,
and accounts receivable as necessary.Utilize the tools and processes to meet and exceed your annual targets within your assigned territory/account base (CRM, Forecasting, Account planning etc.
).Work to ensure timely and thorough administration of current Account contracts.Provide avenues and viable solutions to resolve first-line Account issues
