Oracle Technical – PaaS Advisor - Senior - HybridenITCHOMEExperience Required in:Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents related to ICS mappings used in Informatica iPaaS integrations with Cloud.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Informatica Secure Agent (on-prem) application.Monitor batch jobs scheduled in iPaaS integrations.Review functional specification documentation for enhancements and develop technical specifications.Develop break fixes and enhancements following standards for development and testing.Log and manage Service Requests for issues with environment availability and performance.Review release notes for patches and upgrades,
