**Role Summary**
Avahi is seeking a highly motivated and self-starting **Sales Operations Specialist** to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales processes.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Sales team to manage the sales funnel, prospect leads, build and operate pre-sales programs, and develop custom sales collateral.
You will be the operational backbone of our sales efforts, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about optimizing sales processes, and is eager to grow into leadership positions in sales, account management, or marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales Funnel Management**
- Assist the sales team in managing the sales funnel and guiding prospects to the "next steps."
- Nurture leads through the sales journey and ensure timely follow-ups.
**Pre-Sales Program & Collateral Development**
- Build and operate the pre-sales program, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to create custom sales collateral.
- Take ownership of the sales journey by refining and delivering impactful materials.
**Client Engagement**
- Represent the business at demos, conferences, and other events.
**Sales Operations**
- Draft and manage sales contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM system to track sales activities and customer interactions.
**Strategy & Productivity**
- Identify areas to increase productivity and execute improvement projects to bring ideas to reality.
- Contribute to Avahi's go-to-market strategy with actionable insights and initiatives.
**Collaboration & Reporting**
- Engage with sales and business development teams on continuous improvement projects.
- Report progress and insights to the senior sales team to refine processes.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote for creating impactful presentations.
- Strong experience with CRM tools for tracking and managing sales activities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
**Bonus Qualifications**
- Previous experience with Cloud technologies, AWS, or related services.
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategies in a cloud or technology-driven organization.
