We are dedicated to satisfying the short-term cash needs of consumers who are both cash and credit constrained and providing an industry-leading customer experience.The Product Owner – Websites will oversee the management, development, and continuous improvement of 6-7 corporate websites across multiple countries.
This role focuses on optimizing customer journeys, reducing friction, and delivering a seamless omnichannel experience.
The Product Owner – Websites is critical in driving website traffic, improving conversion rates, and increasing revenue by enhancing the UX and technical performance of the sites.What you will be doing:Own the strategy for increasing website conversion rates and improving customer journeys, focusing on both technical and UX aspects.Develop and maintain the roadmap by gathering continuous feedback from customers, internal employees, and other key stakeholders.Optimize the technical effectiveness and customer experience of our websites.Improve conversion to store traffic.Bring new features and functionality to market.Ensure that consumers have a unified omnichannel experience that is consistent across sites.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, Operations, and IT to ensure website goals align with business objectives.Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in across departments and markets.Manage the prioritization and execution of product backlog.Execute sound product discovery to inform your business case and roadmap.Track and analyze website performance metrics, including sessions, users, sources, engagement, conversions, landing pages, paths, insights, and overall analytics.Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on data and user behavior, and act on these insights to continuously refine the customer experience.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform website strategies and features.Propose new initiatives based on competitive insights that can enhance website performance and improve the customer experience.What we are looking for:5+ years of Product Management / Product Owner experience.Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban, understanding the principles behind Agile development
